Mad Men

Últimamente estoy muy pero que muy enganchada a ver series en seriesyonkies.com (sí, esa plataforma que pronto pasará a ser historia y que nos dejará a todos un vacío muy grande; Gracias Ley SinDemocracia).

Sentimentalismos aparte, creo que uno de los mejores hallazgos de este año ha sido sin duda Mad Men (de la que, desde ya, me declaro fan incondicional nº1). Esta serie me está sirviendo de reflejo en lo que a mi situación personal y profesional se refiere.

Me encanta salir de trabajar de la agencia de publicidad, llegar a casa y cenar mientras mi vida se extrapola al Manhattan de los 60. Qué bonitos decorados, qué ropa tan auténtica y elegante, que maquilaje y peinados más complejos y trabajados.

Sin duda,Sterling Cooper, es uno de esos lugares en los que se respira emoción y ganas de vivir al límite. Acabo de terminar la primera temporada en pocos días y ya estoy nerviosita por empezar la segunda.

Sentimentality aside, I think one of the best finds of this year was undoubtedly Mad Men (which, of course, I declare myself the unconditional fan n º 1). This serie is helping me to reflect on what my personal and professional concerns.
I love going to work to my advertising agency, then comeback home and have dinner while my life is extrapolated to the Manhattan of 60s. What a beautiful scenery, what an authentic outfit, what a complex makeup and elaborate hairstyles.
Without doubt, Sterling Cooper, is one of those places where you can feel excited and loving life to the limit. I just finished the first season in a few days and I'm so nervous to start the second one!!.
What a masterpiece!!!

Some Thoughts

Últimamente mis momentos de ocio se alimentan de un mundo de sueños en el que se mezclan intermitencias de recuerdos y deseos de volar. Me gustaría bucear en el mar y pisar la arena mientras mis dedos sienten el calor extremo de los granos asfixiados por el calor del sol.

También me gustaría comer fresón con nata de mi tierra y que el pelo de una vez por todas me creciera hasta la cintura. Pronto me compraré un pintauñas de color verde Berlín.

Y sí, creo que a partir de Semana Santa tendré conmigo la cámara para empezar a dar forma a este blog con todas mis inspiraciones, y si Dios quiere, en Septiembre como muy tarde me pongo con la lengua germana.

Por cierto, hoy inventé un nuevo vocablo, que no desvelaré hasta que no sea el momento (es decir, hasta que me cerciore de que es lo bastante bueno como para hacerme millonaria y dominar el mundo).

Lately my leisure time is fed with my dreams in which there are
